Washington D.C. (December 18, 2019)--Acceleron Law Group was proud to sponsor the inaugural Hera Hub Female Founder Forum on December 12th in Washington D.C. The event, which will be held quarterly, is designed to help female founders and women business owners build their networks, including angel investors, mentors, and resource providers.

“Our goal for this program is simple: we want to provide continued opportunities for female founders and women business owners to expand their networks to help them launch and grow their businesses,” said Julia Westfall, CEO of Hera Hub DC, the event organizer. The inaugural event was attended by over 60 women. In addition to networking, attendees heard from serial entrepreneur and businesswoman, Barbara Guterman, who at age 23 co-created her first company, taking it public by age 30.

Julie Ryan, who heads the firm’s Washington D.C. office, said “It was exciting to be a part of this kick-off event. I am thrilled to have the opportunity to give back and help empower female founders and women business owners.” The next event will be held in February 2020.
