Acceleron Law Group, LLP is pleased to announce that Alice A. McTighe has joined the firm as a partner. Alice is a seasoned technology and commercial transactions counsel with over two decades of legal leadership at the intersection of law, technology, and media. She has advised global companies—including Tubi, Pandora, Palm, Intuit, Disney, ServiceNow and Meta —as well as emerging growth companies, on complex commercial and technology transactions, digital media distribution, advertising technology, SaaS licensing, and AI licensing and compliance.
Alice brings deep experience as a senior legal executive, having served as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Tubi, where she managed all global legal matters, and as Deputy General Counsel of Pandora, where she oversaw all product, business development, licensing, and privacy legal support for the company.
Prior to her in-house experience, Alice practiced in both the litigation and corporate departments of several large law firms, including Cooley LLP, Brobeck Phleger & Harrison LLP, and O’Melveny & Myers LLP. She holds a J.D. from the University of California, College of the Law, San Francisco, and a B.S. in Values, Technology, Science and Society from Stanford University. She is admitted to the California State Bar.
