Liz has over twenty years of experience representing venture capital firms, corporate venture capital and angel investors, as well as emerging growth companies at all stages of maturity, from start-up companies to mature technology companies. She is experienced in all aspects of corporate representation, including equity and debt financing, securities offerings, mergers, acquisitions and asset purchase transactions, corporate formation, corporate governance, strategic business counseling and commercial agreements.

Liz has worked with companies in a wide variety of technology sectors including hardware and software, e-commerce, life science, telecommunications and online media. Liz is passionate about providing excellent legal services to her clients, and takes pride in helping start-up company teams and investors build successful enterprises.

Prior to joining Acceleron Law Group, Liz developed her corporate and securities practice at several large law firms, including DLA Piper US LLP, Fenwick and West LLP, and Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati PC.

Liz enjoys writing and public speaking on securities and business law topics, and has served as a guest speaker for start-up groups. She is based in the San Diego area, and represents clients primarily in Southern California, Silicon Valley and Washington State.

Liz is also committed to community service. Since 2011, Liz has participated in fundraising for the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, earning the Golden Sneaker Award for excellence in fundraising in 2013.
