Jeeheon’s practice focuses on corporate and technology transactions, including venture capital financing, mergers and acquisitions, technology licensing agreements, technology services agreements and commercial agreements.

Previously, Jeeheon has worked as in-house legal counsel at JAFCO Asia, a Singapore-based venture capital fund with US$650 million under management, where she advised the fund in its investments in technology focused companies in various jurisdictions, including China, India and Korea. 

Prior to her time in Singapore, Jeeheon worked as a corporate associate at Paul Hastings LLP in Orange County and at Clifford Chance US LLP in New York, where she represented private equity firms and investment banks in mergers and acquisitions and private equity financings.

Jeeheon received her J.D. from Cornell Law School, where she was an editor for the Cornell Law Review.  She is fluent in Korean.
