Matt’s practice focuses on representing and advising growth equity firms, venture capital firms, and individual investors in public and private offerings of equity and debt securities.  Matt also represents and advises emerging growth companies at all stages of maturity and has a wealth of experience in general corporate and securities matters including equity and debt financing, securities offerings, mergers, acquisitions, asset purchases and divestitures, corporate formation, corporate governance, strategic business counseling and commercial agreements.

Prior to joining Acceleron Law Group, Matt developed his corporate, capital markets and securities practices at Milbank LLP, Massumi + Consoli LLP and Stubbs Alderton & Markiles.

Matt has also served as an adjunct professor at the University of Southern California Gould School of Law.
