Catherine Giddings joins Acceleron Law Group and Expands Technology Transactions Practice

Orange County, CA - Acceleron Law Group, LLP, with offices in Southern and Northern California, is pleased to announce that Catherine Giddings has joined the firm as a Partner.

Catherine’s practice focuses on intellectual property and technology transactions, with an emphasis on technology licensing. Catherine’s experience includes negotiating a wide variety of technology and licensing agreements for companies ranging from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies in various industries covering entertainment, gaming, sports, social media, consumer products, manufacturing, healthcare, financial services and retail.

Prior to joining Acceleron, Catherine was the Intellectual Property and Technology Counsel for over 14 years at DreamWorks Animation LLC. Prior to joining DreamWorks, she represented technology companies and developed an international IP practice at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP.

Catherine received her J.D. from the University of California, Los Angeles, where she was the business manager and comment writer for the UCLA Law Review. She received her B.A. in Biological Sciences from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
