Splunk acquires ALG client SignalFx for $1.05 Billion

Congratulations to Acceleron client SignalFx, Inc., on their acquisition by Splunk (NASDAQ: SPLK), for $1.05 billion. Acceleron Partner Rob Dang has represented SignalFx as their outside commercial licensing (outbound and inbound) and transactional counsel since 2015.
