Matt Chain joins Acceleron Law Group as a Partner

Acceleron Law Group, LLP is pleased to announce that Matt Chain has joined the firm as a partner in Orange County, California.

Matt represents and advises growth equity funds, venture capital funds and individual investors in public and private offerings of equity and debt securities. Matt also acts as external corporate counsel to emerging growth companies at all stages of maturity, counseling and assisting them on legal matters involving employment, equity compensation, commercial contracts, corporate governance, and securities law.

Prior to joining Acceleron Law Group LLP, Matt was a Partner at Massumi + Consoli LLP, a boutique law firm in Los Angeles. Before joining Massumi + Consoli LLP, Matt also practiced corporate law as an associate at both Milbank LLP and Stubbs Alderton & Markiles.
