Alice McTighe is an experienced technology and commercial transactions counsel with over two decades of legal leadership at the intersection of law, technology, and media. She has represented some of the world’s most recognized technology and digital media companies – Tubi, Pandora, Palm, Intuit, Disney, ServiceNow and Meta —as well as emerging growth companies, providing strategic counsel on product development, advertising technology, copyright, SaaS licensing, AI licensing and compliance, privacy and data use, and global regulatory compliance.

As General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Tubi, Alice managed all legal matters worldwide, from content acquisition and distribution to privacy, advertising, and product compliance through to the company’s acquisition by Fox Corporation. At Pandora, she built and managed the Business Transactions Group overseeing legal support for all technology and product licensing and compliance, including privacy and data use, business development, artist and events agreements (including music copyright and distribution), as well as advertising and revenue generating agreements. Earlier in her career, Alice held senior legal roles at Palm, Merced Systems, and Disney, where she negotiated high-profile technology, SaaS, and content acquisition and distribution agreements with companies such as Google, Amazon, Facebook, and major cable companies.

Prior to her in-house experience, Alice practiced in both the litigation and corporate departments of several large law firms, including Cooley LLP, Brobeck Phleger & Harrison LLP, and O’Melveny & Myers LLP. She earned her J.D. from the University of California, College of the Law, San Francisco, where she served on the executive board of the Hastings Constitutional Law Quarterly, and a B.S. in Values, Technology, Science and Society from Stanford University. She is admitted to the California State Bar.
